What will you do

We are seeking a highly-motivated Office Manager that will join our fast growing team in our IL site . The Office Manager will ensure a pleasant working environment and smooth operation of all admin needs and be part of the HR & Operations team. In addition, the Office Manager will provide general administrative support to our employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the day-to-day administrative management of the office.
  • Responsibility for the visibility of the office
  • Office services including front desk and appointment scheduling.
  • Support of the HR/Finance department.
  • Focal point for various vendors such as office equipment, food,cleaning staff, etc
  • Coordinate business trips abroad with travel agencies

Requirements

  • Willingness to work a position scope of 60-80%, from the office.
  • Similar experience of at least two years.
  • Full control of a computerized environment, including Office - Must.
  • Good organizational ability and the ability to think outside of the box.
  • A pleasant, assertive, energetic, people-oriented person - a must!
  • Ability to work under pressure, to multitask and work with multiple interfaces.
  • English - high level, verbally and written
