Lightico is a fast growing start up, located in the center of Tel Aviv.

We digitally transform the way businesses complete every sales and service process with their customers. Through a simple text message to their mobile phone, customers can complete many tasks such as verifying their identity, filling out forms, eSign agreements, providing important documents and much more. 

As part of this growth, we are seeking an experienced Global Talent Acquisition Director, to lead our company’s hiring efforts.

As a growth company, hiring is our #1 priority and this role is pivotal for our business success. The Global Talent Acquisition Manager should have outstanding interpersonal skills, be passionate about attracting amazing talent and demonstrate strategic ability in scaling our organization.

What you will do at Lightico?

  • Build and maintain a strategic, business oriented analytical and planned hiring process.
  • Hire , onboard and manage new recruiters 
  • Creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong pipeline of talent
  • Work closely with hiring managers, become their trusted recruitment partner, provide guidance and help them build excellent teams
  • Collaborate with different functions across the company to support projects such as: Candidate Experience, Candidate Satisfaction Survey, Employer branding, Friend Referral campaigns and Internal mobility processes.
  • Manage entire recruitment process including creating recruitment strategies sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating and hiring for all level positions
  • Build an exceptional candidate experience
  • Compile, analyze and capture insights from data to support business decisions
  • Develop a deep understanding of our business, trends within the Talent acquisition industry.

Who are you?

  • At least 2+ years’ experience in a talent acquisition managerial role
  • At least 5+ years’ experience as a hands-on recruiter in the hi-tech industry preferably from a fast-growing company
  • Experience with Global recruitment, High English proficiency
  • Strong diagnostic skills and experienced in HR interviews
  • Experience in sourcing and building pipelines for various roles.
  • Proven experience in in-depth behavioral interviews
  • Proven experience in creating employer brand and global talent acquisition strategy
  • People person, great team work, responsive, communicative
  • Independent, self monitored with good multitasking and prioritization skills
