With Lightico, businesses can instantly collect customer documents, eSignatures, eForms, payments, consent to disclosures, confirm orders and verify ID, even while they have customers on their mobile phone.

By simplifying these processes, businesses complete sales cycles faster and service their customers effortlessly, earning customer’s trust and loyalty, translating to higher profits.

What you will do Manage Lightico’s marketing communication include brand repositioning, sales enablement and digital events.

  • Lead execution of new brand/positioning across key touchpoints (web, sales collateral…)
  • Create online events for prospects, customers and partners, do generate brand and demand
  • Improve and expand sales enablement materials
  • Own and lead brand identity and ensure consistency across all communication channels, campaigns and assets.
  • Work with in-house designer, external developers and across marketing group.
  • Partner across Sales, Product, Customer, Demand, Content teams.

**This is a temporary position, as a replacement to maternity leave**



  • 7+ years of experience in global software and/or SaaS branding and communication.
  • Proven track-record of creating and executing complex B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Detail-oriented project manager with an eye for great design and can manage both internal and external resources.
  • Experience refining and deploying a brand and messaging architecture that is highly relevant to our target audience.
  • Developing new types of communication vehicles designed to answer prospects questions and accelerate their buying cycles. 
  • Experience with creating online conferences and events by developing trade show messaging, design and content.
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience across key brand and communication disciplines including video, marketing content creation, digital marketing, regional websites and social media.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and have an immediate impact in a high-growth, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Must be a creative, flexible, hands-on marketer that’s comfortable rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever it takes to get the job done even in the face of time, budget, and resource constraints. 
  • Strong budget management and marketing measurement skills with experience
  • Working knowledge of technologies to include Hubspot, WordPress,Canva
