The Opportunity

Since its inception, Lightico has been growing rapidly and we are seeing a growing demand for our solution in the market. Due to this rapid growth, we are expanding our Marketing team and have an open opportunity for a Graphic Designer, the person who is responsible for conceptualizing and creating performance-driven marketing collateral. 

About the Role

As Graphic Designer, you will own and implement Lightico's brand, and be responsible for improving marketing metrics through performance design. Joining at an exciting and pivotal moment in Lightico's journey, you will directly influence the new and emerging brand as the company redefines our strategy and visual language. You will work closely with all members of the marketing team to execute innovative initiatives and reach aggressive targets. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments especially Sales and Customer Success, and external vendors, freelancers, and partners.

What You’ll Do

• Design marketing content including eBooks, one-pagers, and case studies targeted for high-level executives
• Conceptualize and design web pages for lightico.com
• Create stunning booth designs for trade shows and conferences
• Work closely with other departments to provide custom materials for clients and prospects
• Develop campaigns and designs based on marketing goals
• Own projects from start to finish
• Bring creative vision and professional execution to design projects
