Training and Information Systems Manager
About The Position
Since its inception, Lightico has been growing rapidly and we are seeing a growing demand for our solution in the market. Due to this rapid growth, we are expanding our Sales Development team, which is responsible for creating new opportunities with prospective customers.
What you will do
- Create, execute & refine Lightico training courses (agent training, train the trainer, coach the coach, etc).
- Manage & enhance Lighticos customer management systems (ZenDesk, WalkMe, etc).
- Create and manage documentation around current Lightico services processes.
- Research innovative ways to deliver product and training information around the Lightico offering to globally dispersed customers.
- 1-3 years of prior training experience
- Experience in writing instructional documentation
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Creative, resourceful and passionate
- Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal
- English as a mother tongue language
