I am presently the Chief Executive Officer of TruDecision, developing and delivering analytics and financial technology that drive bottom line results with consumer lenders. The TruDecision platform is a revolutionary fintech platform that integrates artificial intelligence, machine learning and other sophisticated decision capabilities through the SAS VIYA architecture in the Cloud. TruDecision is recognized throughout the industry as not only providing tools that easily integrate into existing business operations, but as a technology company that creates solutions from the vantage point of an experienced lender. With nearly two decades as a senior executive and entrepreneur, I have a track record of producing superior results by developing top leadership talent, building effective operational structures and integrating analytic technology to significantly improve performance. I have been very successful at rapidly identify core people and process issues and transforming those issues into operational success. Process and technology are critical, but without the right talent the organization cannot have success, which is why my leadership style focuses on people above all else.
