The Opportunity

Lightico is rapidly growing in the US and EU markets, where we are experiencing high demand for our solution with Mid-Market and Enterprise companies. We are looking for an experienced sales leader, who will lead our growing team of Account Executives and build the team for future growth and success. 

About the Role

As Head of Sales, you will lead a team of Account Executives who are responsible for selling Lightico’s solution to customers in the US and EU markets. You will work closely with our Chief Revenue Officer to build the company’s go-to-market strategy and empower the Sales team to execute it at a world class level. 

What you will do

  • Build the sales processes and tools required for scaling our sales organization. 
  • Mentor and coach the Account Executives and arm them with the knowledge, methodologies and tools required to succeed. 
  • Support the Account Executives on strategic deals.
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and provide weekly sales forecasts to the CRO. 
  • Collaborate with the company’s Sales Development, Marketing and Customer Success group leaders to ensure tight strategic alignment.

  • 5+ years of prior sales leadership experience (Mid-Market & Enterprise)
  • A proven leader and builder of global sales teams
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment 
  • Creative, resourceful and passionate 
  • Great communication skills – written and verbal
  • Team player 
  • English as a mother tongue 
  • Ability to work US hours
