The Opportunity

The sales enablement specialist is part of our Sales team, and is responsible for deploying programs and initiatives that enable our sales team to execute the core-aspects of their jobs more effectively, especially as it relates to selling and revenue performance. The field of sales enablement is responsible to provide salespeople with what they need to engage their target buyers. What you provide usually takes the form of information. We group this information into two categories: content that sales will provide to the buyer and best practices, research and tools that sales will consume internally. This role reports directly to our VP Sales.

What will you do


  • Create and deliver coaching and training programs for sales team
  • Deliver performance and developmental coaching to the sales team 
  • Deliver technical and soft skills sessions for the sales team
  • Develop, deliver and iterate new hire on-boarding training 
  • Identify methods to collect and measure the impact of any training and coaching provided to ensure success in end-to-end enablement programmes
  • Use sales enablement SaaS tools such as Gong and Guru to monitor and coach the sales team
  • Develop and execute an initial sales enablement program across multiple product offerings
  • Work with the sales team to build all required enablement and training materials
  • Coach, mentor, and guide the teams in product and market knowledge
  • Engage in sales activities to assist in training key qualification and sales processes
  • Develop content and support requests from sales team
  • Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices
  • Monitor sales funnel and gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve attachment rates and support programs


  • Native english speaker 
  • Experience in training and development of training or educational programs
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Good to have

  • Experience in training at a SaaS company 
  • Experience with Salesforce management and report building
