Vizolution, in partnership with BNP Paribas, are excited to share that we have been shortlisted in the ‘Best Use of Emerging or Innovative Technology’ category at the Banking Technology Awards.

Using our vScreen technology, BNPP transformed its standard service-to-sale contact centre call into a visual, interactive and more interesting experience.

The project has been successful across all KPIs, including a conversion rate increase from 50% to 67%; a compliance rate increase from 66% to 100%; 50% reduction in churn, and impressive Asat (93%) and Csat scores (92%).

Now in its 20th year, the Banking Technology Awards recognise excellence and innovation in the use of IT in financial services worldwide, and the people who make it happen.

Last year, Vizolution and RBS were finalists in the ‘Best Fintech Partnership’ category at the Banking Technology Awards for our work in completely transforming the bank’s mortgage application journey into a completely paperless journey.

Now in its 20th year, the Banking Technology Awards recognise excellence and innovation in the use of IT in financial services worldwide, and the people who make it happen.

The most helpful thing about Lightico is the fast turnaround time, The upside is that you are giving your customer an easy way to respond quickly and efficiently. "Great Service and Product"

I love the fact that I can send or request documents from a customer and it is easy to get the documents back in a secured site via text message. Our company switched from Docusign to Lightico, as Lightico is easier and more convenient than Docusign, as the customer can choose between receiving a text message or an email.
