Vizolution has again been shortlisted in the ‘Best Innovation’ category at the UXUK awards, but this time alongside client, HSBC.

At last year's awards, Vizolution and RBS were named as a joint finalist in the ‘Best Innovation’ category for our work in transforming the bank’s mortgage application journey into a completely paperless journey.

At this year's awards, Vizolution, in partnership with HSBC, was shortlisted for our work in transforming and simplifying HSBC’s Receivables Finance process. The project has been successful across all KPIs, including a 300% increase to conversion rates, an average of 80-day reduction in the customer journey, and a complete overhaul to CSAT scores, jumping from 58% dissatisfaction to 95% satisfaction.

The User Experience UK (UXUK) Awards was established in 2013 to recognise excellence in user-focused digital or service design. The Awards celebrate innovative UX offerings from organisations that take pride in creating the best possible online or multi-channel experiences.
