Vizolution, in partnership with BNP Paribas, are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted as finalists at the MoneyAge Awards 2020.

Now in its fifth year, the MoneyAge Awards honours the banks, building societies, savings and investment providers, mortgage companies and personal finance specialists that have proved themselves ahead of the game in the field of consumer finance with their product provision, innovation, focus on value and customer service.

BNP Paribas and Vizolution have been shortlisted in the ‘Innovation in Consumer Finance’ category for our collaborative work transforming the bank's sales-to-service journey.

The project, which utilises Vizolution’s vScreen technology aimed to increase upsell opportunities of individual insurance products during customer service calls to the contact centre.

During a call to the customer service centre to resolve an issue, agents are now able to present a life insurance to the customer by initiating a vScreen session. Customers can be shown personalised information relating to life insurance to make the discussion more relevant to them, slides displaying product and pricing information to visually engage them, and advisory, contract and payment information that they can digitally sign, completing the journey on the call and eliminating the need to send documents in the post.

A BNPP contact centre manager involved in the roll-out remarked “During a vScreen training session, one of the trainees sold a life insurance product. She was the first to sell a product using the new solution in the call centre. She said it was the best possible example of the effectiveness of the product.”

The project has dramatically improved the KPIs of the journey, delivering a 34% increase in conversion rates, a 50% reduction in policy cancellations and a customer satisfaction score of 92%.

Vizolution CEO Bill Safran said: “We are thrilled to be selected as finalists, alongside BNP Paribas, at MoneyAge Awards 2020. Being able to improve the KPIs of the sales-to-service journey so significantly - reducing cancellations, and increasing conversions and customer satisfaction rates, is extremely rewarding. This shortlisting at the MoneyAge Awards, especially for best ‘Innovation in Customer Finance’, shows just how transformational the project has been.”

Dominique Thibaut, Director of the French Market for BNP Personal Finance said: "Deploying Vizolution’s vScreen is an important step
in BNPP Personal Finance’s full digital relationship strategy. It combines sales support with e-signature functionality and is also a paperless journey, which complements what we want to do in the future. We consider it a big success and are already working on further roll out with other journeys."

The nomination represents the second time Vizolution have been shortlisted in this category, having previously been finalists in 2018 for our work helping RBS transform their mortgage journey.

The most helpful thing about Lightico is the fast turnaround time, The upside is that you are giving your customer an easy way to respond quickly and efficiently. "Great Service and Product"

I love the fact that I can send or request documents from a customer and it is easy to get the documents back in a secured site via text message. Our company switched from Docusign to Lightico, as Lightico is easier and more convenient than Docusign, as the customer can choose between receiving a text message or an email.
